Indoor Seed Starting
What is indoor seed starting? It is a technique where seeds are sown and germinated indoors, typically in trays or containers, before being transplanted into the outdoor garden.
This is 100% not a requirement, especially for beginner gardeners but this method allows a head start on the growing season. This is especially true for regions with short or unpredictable growing seasons, by providing optimal conditions for seed germination and early growth.

Direct Sowing
Direct Sowing refers to the practice of planting seeds directly into the soil outdoors, rather than starting them indoors and transplanting seedlings later.
March is the time when you can really start direct sowing a lot of your frost tolerant veggies. I recommend to pay attention to the weather for hard freezes, as you may need to cover some veggies with a frost protectant.
